This is why we actively communicate with guests, not only answering any questions they may have but also letting them know we are looking forward to their visit, checking with them during their stay (and addressing any concerns they may have) and then following up afterwards to ensure 5* reviews wherever possible.
Property Care
Whilst we leave cleaning to our growing network of H.E.R.Os or work directly with your own cleaner, our tasks management software and request for photos means that we can help ensure your property is cared for like you would care for it. We can then use this information to help support claims in the unlikely event of damage being caused by a guest.
Direct Booking Functionality
Direct bookings are a great way to immediately earn more. Attract guests through the typical channels, but have them book again using your own website. This saves you around 14% in commission fees from the OTAs. Simply let guests know of your site during their stay (we recommend business cards or in information guides provided.)
Google Vacation Rentals / Google Hotel Listing
We work with Google Vacation Rentals / Google Hotels where possible, to have your property listed at the top of search results when guests are looking at prices for your accommodation. Increasingly guests search on OTA's and then go to Google for more information. Capitalise on this trend with Manatili. Service delivered by Google and subject to their T&Cs.
